Laser-Induced Graphene in Polyimide for Antenna Applications

Laser-induced graphene (LIG) has gained considerable attention recently due to its unique properties and potential applications. In this study, we investigated using LIG in polyimide (PI) as a material for antenna The LIG-−PI composite was prepared by facile picosecond laser (1064 nm) irradiation process, which resulted conductive network within the PI matrix. Furthermore, formation confirmed Raman spectroscopy sheet resistance measurements. Finally, patch from with 2.45 GHz microwaves simulated, produced tested. These findings suggest that LIG−PI composites have great use high-frequency electronic devices can provide new avenue development of flexible wearable electronics.
